Registration

After purchasing your Trektracking device, the customer finalizes their registration profile at the Trektracking web site or through our toll free telephone number.

Installation

The customer has the option of self installing the Trektracking device or contacting one of our professional installation agents to do it for them. Once installed, the customer receives a confirmation that the Trektracking is operational.

On Demand Location

Real time location reporting, control and historical data viewing of status and alarm notifications is accessed via the convenient and easy Trektracking web site or toll free number.

Trektracking Motion Notification

When the vehicle or mobile asset is moved without authorization, the Trektracking Motion Notification System will automatically notify the customer via telephone, cellular short message or email. If theft is suspected or confirmed, the customer then contacts police and notifies the Trektracking Service Agent for additional assistance. Trektracking allows you to always be one message away from getting your vehicle back quickly and safely.

Geographic Boundary Notification

When the vehicle or mobile asset enters or exits a restricted or authorized geographical area, Trektracking Geographic Boundary Notification System will automatically notify the customer via telephone, cellular short message or email. Trektracking allows you to always be one message away from complete control of your vehicle or mobile assets.

Speeding Notification

When the vehicle or mobile asset exceeds a pre-configured speed limit, Trektracking Speeding Notification System will automatically notify the customer via telephone, cellular short message or email. Trektracking allows you to always be one message away from complete control of your drivers.

Recovery

Should your vehicle or mobile assets ever be stolen, Police track and locate the vehicle or mobile asset and return it to the owner.
